Benchmark Leaderboard

One combined table: filter demand, policy, and forecaster rows and metric columns with the checklists. Default visible metrics match BenchmarkRunner defaults (BWR, CUM_BWR, FILL_RATE, TC). Regenerate with benchmarks/run_leaderboard.py (see --help).
